    General Enrollment Information & How to Apply

*Open enrollment begins on Dec 1st for the next school year (so approximately 8 months in advance).

*Available openings are filled first with siblings of students already in our school, then active parishioners, other Catholics, and then non-Catholics. 

*If you would like to receive a reminder about the open enrollment date for your child, you may call the office at 904-247-8255 or email us at elc@stpaulsbeach.com . You may also complete the online form by following the link below:

Applying to our Early Learning Center

*Applications open on Dec 1st for the next school year

 *Completing an application is not a guarantee of enrollment.

*There is a $25 non-refundable fee associated with the application process. 

*If your child is age eligible for the upcoming school year (ie, 3 yrs old before Sept 1st), please follow one of the two paths below to apply:

Existing Families Adding a New Child

(for existing St Paul's ELC or School Families  - -

to add a new child to your current Family FACTS account)

*Please follow the link below to apply for a new child/sibling using your EXISTING family FACTS account.

*The link leads to the Parent Portal login page. The District Code is SPB-FL.

*Please sign-in with your existing login info and clink the link, "Create a New Student Application" on the Application Page. The link is below:
